Youth Wellness Hubs Ontario (YWHO) is a network of 27 hubs providing youth-centered mental health and wellness services for ages 12-25. The hubs offer evidence-based services including mental health care, substance use support, primary care, and more, in youth-friendly spaces.
Position Overview: The YWHO Provincial Office at CAMH seeks a full-time, permanent Program Consultant (Integration & Implementation Specialist). Reporting to the YWHO Manager Site Implementation, this role involves supporting the implementation of the Integrated Youth Services (IYS) model, providing guidance on health equity, and fostering collaboration among stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities include:
Qualifications: Candidates must be First Nations, Inuit, or Métis, or have extensive experience working with these communities. A Bachelor's degree (Master's preferred) in health, education, or social services, with at least three years of relevant experience, is required. Strong knowledge of Indigenous health principles, implementation science, and equity frameworks is essential.
Additional Skills: Experience with evidence-based practices, stakeholder engagement, data-driven decision making, and working collaboratively with diverse communities. Bilingualism and a valid driver's license are assets.
