Job description

Responsible for defining and updating supply and stock management parameters.

1. Manage needs/resources balance (MRP, etc.) for raw materials, components, sub-assemblies, and finished products by coordinating customer needs and replenishment backlog.
2. Ensure product availability by addressing backorders and shortages.
3. Analyze stock discrepancies and perform adjustments to match targeted inventory levels.

Desired skills:

Experience in supply chain management within a manufacturing company.

Ideal candidate: 3 to 5 years of experience in supply chain and procurement in manufacturing. Able to start immediately and willing to grow with the company.

1. Define and update supply and stock management parameters, including ramp-up and ramp-down strategies to meet service levels while minimizing excess stock and costs (SIOP, Master Production Schedule).
2. Maintain the quality and consistency of key data: lead times, quantities, stocking policies.
3. Manage continuous needs/resources balancing (MRP) for raw materials, components, sub-assemblies, and finished products.
4. Handle customer needs through the Customer Claim Management Process.
5. Manage replenishment backlog, including creation and rescheduling of manufacturing and purchase orders.
6. Monitor ISSR, S-OTD, and U-OTD metrics and implement corrective actions.
7. Oversee backorder portfolio (BOL), shortages, and take actions to ensure product availability.
8. Set and manage supply and stock parameters for raw materials and components based on MPS to meet customer requirements while reducing excess stock.
