We are seeking enthusiastic and detail-oriented individuals to join our dynamic team as Restaurant Support Staff at Piva Modern Italian.

In this vital role, you will play a crucial supporting role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our fine dining establishment.

Responsibilities :

• Dining Room Support : o Assist servers with table setting and resetting, ensuring tables are impeccably presented.
• Bus and clear tables promptly and efficiently, ensuring a clean and inviting dining environment.
• Assist with the transportation of food and beverages from the kitchen to the dining room. - Maintain cleanliness and order throughout the dining room, including refilling water glasses, clearing debris, and ensuring all areas are spotless.
• Assist with the preparation and replenishment of service stations.

Guest Service :

• Assist servers in providing exceptional guest service, including addressing guest requests and ensuring their comfort.
• Always maintain a positive and professional demeanor, interacting with guests and colleagues courteously.

Qualifications :

• Prior experience in a restaurant setting, preferably in a fine dining environment, is preferred.
• Strong work ethic with a focus on attention to detail and efficiency.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team and contribute to a positive work environment.
