Job summary

Maple Leaf Sports & Entertainment (MLSE) is hiring for a Hot Stove team beverage service role at our venues in Toronto. You will deliver winning drinks to guests, uphold Smart Serve standards, and represent MLSE with warmth and professionalism.

Qualifications

• Smart Serve certification required.
• Previous bussing experience preferred.
• Must be able to lift 40 lbs.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Work well under pressure; balance multiple tasks simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Deliver responsible and friendly beverage service to guests.
• Strictly ensure responsible alcohol service using Smart Serve principles.
• Ensure AGCO and MLSE policies & regulations are followed.
• Provide friendly and informed responses to inquiries.
• Monitor inventory and prepare bar for service.
• Act as an ambassador to Maple Leaf Sports & Entertainment and our community.
• Perform other administrative or service functions as the need arises.
• Perform service functions as the need arises.
• Follow all MLSE Health & Safety policies and procedures.
• Work in compliance with the provisions of the Occupational Health & Safety Act
