Job summary

MLSE Partnership is seeking a beverage service professional to deliver winning food & beverage experiences at our hot stove team venues in Toronto. You will apply Smart Serve principles and uphold MLSE policies while serving guests across iconic spaces.

The role requires Smart Serve certification, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to lift up to 40 lbs. This is a full-time, on-site position with a team-focused culture and community impact.

Qualifications

• Smart Serve certification required.
• Previous bussing experience preferred.
• Must be able to lift 40 lbs.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Work well under pressure; balance multiple tasks simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Deliver responsible and friendly beverage service to our guests.
• Strictly ensure responsible alcohol service using Smart Serve principles.
• Ensure AGCO and MLSE policies & regulations are followed.
• Provide friendly and informed responses to inquiries.
• Monitor inventory and prepare bar for service.
• Act as an ambassador to Maple Leaf Sports & Entertainment and our community.
• Perform other administrative or service functions as the need arises.
• Perform service functions as the need arises.
• Follow all MLSE Health & Safety policies and procedures.
• Work in compliance with the provisions of the Occupational Health & Safety Act
