Job summary

Maple Leaf Sports & Entertainment Partnership (MLSE) is seeking a beverage service associate to provide friendly, responsible service at its venues in Canada. You will ensure Smart Serve compliance, uphold AGCO/MLSE regulations, and act as an ambassador for MLSE and its community.

Flexible shifts including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays are required. The role offers ongoing opportunities within MLSE's fan-focused entertainment ecosystem.

Qualifications

• Must be available to work a variety of shifts including days, afternoons, evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Smart Serve certification required.
• Previous bussing experience preferred.
• Must be able to lift 40 lbs.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Work well under pressure; balance multiple tasks simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Deliver responsible and friendly beverage service to our guests.
• Strictly ensure responsible alcohol service using Smart Serve principles.
• Ensure AGCO and MLSE policies & regulations are followed.
• Provide friendly and informed responses to inquiries.
• Monitor inventory and prepare bar for service.
• Act as an ambassador to Real Sports, Maple Leaf Sports & Entertainment and our community.
• Perform other administrative or service functions as the need arises.
• Perform service functions as the need arises.
• Follow all MLSE Health & Safety policies and procedures. Work in compliance with the provisions of the Occupational Health & Safety Act
