Job summary

Fairmont Château Laurier in Ottawa is hiring a Busperson to support our Outlets Leadership Team. You will provide professional, friendly service, assist servers, answer guest questions about the menu, and help set up stations for dining service.

This role offers a 50% food & beverage discount, Accor member benefits, learning programs, CSR involvement, and a full rate of pay of CAD 22.35 per hour. We value teamwork, reliability, and the ability to stay calm in a fast-paced environment.

• Previous experience in a similar environment.
• Smart Serve Certification.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Fluent in both official languages.
• Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities.

• Ability to work cohesively with fellow colleagues as part of a team.

Responsibilities

Job Description
