Job summary

Ideal Siding is a growing siding renovation franchise with operations across Canada and the United States. Our Burnaby office supports franchise owners and corporate teams with the systems, resources, and expertise they need to run their businesses.

We are seeking a tech-savvy, people-oriented professional who will be a primary contact for technology questions, onboarding, software administration, and training for franchisees and corporate staff.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in application support, SaaS support, technical onboarding, software administration, or customer success.
• Experience delivering live software demonstrations or training to groups.
• Experience creating clear user guides, guides, and video tutorials.
• Experience managing user accounts, permissions, and routine settings in cloud-based apps.
• Strong written and spoken English with patient, approachable communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead technology onboarding and ongoing software training for franchisees and corporate employees.
• Create and maintain LMS content (video tutorials, guides, SOPs, presentations).
• Be the first point of contact for technology questions and support requests.
• Coordinate with vendors and internal teams, documenting requests and troubleshooting steps.
