Multimatic is seeking a finance transformation professional to lead the S/4HANA implementation and stabilization across our finance operations in Markham. You will define reporting requirements, chart of accounts, and data structures, while coordinating UAT, readiness, and post-go-live enhancements.

This role drives adoption of standardized finance processes and automation to improve controls and speed. The ideal candidate brings hands-on AI/BI experience, strong data modeling and SAP expertise,

Formación

• Degree or equivalent with systems focus plus finance experience.
• Experience with SAP (S/4HANA preferred).
• Hands-on AI / BI tools (Power BI, Fabric, Copilot, etc.).
• Strong data modeling, integration, and automation skills.
• Background in IT-enabled finance or transformation roles.

Responsabilidades

• Lead Finance workstream for S/4HANA implementation and stabilization
• Define reporting requirements, chart of accounts, and data structures
• Coordinate UAT, user readiness, and post-go-live enhancements
• Drive adoption of standardized finance processes
• Identify and implement AI/automation opportunities in finance processes
• Deploy advanced dashboards and KPI frameworks aligned to operations
• Enable tools (Power BI, Fabric, Copilot, etc.) for scalable insights
• Build automated reporting for key drivers (inventory, AR/AP, cost drivers)
• Design scalable reporting models integrating SAP and other systems
• Ensure data governance, integrity, and consistency across divisions
• Translate business needs into technical/reporting solutions
• Assess financial/operational processes and identify control gaps
• Implement technology-enabled controls and monitoring solutions
• Improve reporting speed, accuracy, and transparency
• Standardize and enhance vendor callback confirmation processes using automation and AI-supported workflows to strengthen financial controls and audit traceability

Qualifications And Experience

• Degree in Business Analytics, Computer Science, or Finance with systems focus


• Experience with SAP (S/4HANA preferred)

• Strong data modeling, integration, and automation skills


• Background in IT-enabled finance or transformation roles
