Job summary

Kumaran Systems is seeking an experienced Business System Analyst with deep Payments domain expertise to support enterprise payments initiatives for a major bank client. You will elicit and document business and system requirements, translate them into detailed specs, and collaborate with product owners, developers, and stakeholders in an Agile/Scrum setup.

Ideal candidates have 8+ years as a Business/Systems Analyst, strong communication skills, and a banking/financial services background.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience as a Business/System Analyst
• Strong experience in Payments Technology
• Banking or financial services industry experience is mandatory
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Experience gathering and documenting business and system requirements in Agile environments

Responsibilities

• Elicit, analyse, and document business requirements
