The Themesoft Inc team is seeking an experienced Business Analyst – Payments to lead requirements for payment processing initiatives and collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into precise specifications.

You will perform data analysis with SQL, design BRDs and user stories, and support UAT and testing in an Agile environment while delivering actionable dashboards and reports for business insights.

Qualificações

• Experience as a Business Systems Analyst (BSA) / Business Analyst.
• Strong experience in Payments Domain, specifically: SWIFT Messaging, FED Payments, ISO 20022 Standards.
• Strong SQL skills with hands-on data analysis experience.
• Experience with reporting and analytics tools.
• Strong understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and documentation skills.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and multitasking abilities.
• Experience working with business and technical teams to deliver enterprise solutions.

Responsabilidades

• Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements for payment processing initiatives.

• Prepare reports, dashboards, and business insights using data analytics and reporting tools.
• Facilitate meetings, drive discussions, and manage stakeholder expectations.
