Job summary

Kumaran Systems is seeking experienced Business System Analysts with strong Payments Domain expertise to support Enterprise Payments Technology initiatives for a leading banking client.

Requirements include 8+ years as a Business/System Analyst, hands-on knowledge of ACH/EFT, RTP, SWIFT, ISO 20022, and strong stakeholder management. Experience in Agile/Scrum environments is preferred. Banking/financial services experience is mandatory.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience as a Business/System Analyst
• Strong experience in Payments Technology
• Hands-on knowledge of: ACH/EFT, Real-Time Payments (RTP), SWIFT, ISO 20022
• Cross-border and domestic payment processing
• Experience gathering and documenting business and system requirements
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Banking or financial services industry experience is mandatory
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments is preferred

Responsibilities

• Elicit, analyze, and document business requirements
• Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications
• Work closely with Product Owners, Development teams, and Business stakeholders
• Support payment system enhancements, integrations, and regulatory initiatives
• Participate in testing, UAT, and production implementation activities
