What you'll be doing

You will be joining the Core Protection Technology team. As the Business System Analyst, you’ll be responsible for supporting the Fusion Operational Team. You will engage in BAU activities and contribute to future enhancements, ensuring smooth and phased implementation. In this role, you’ll work with business and other technical teams to document solution/business requirements, facilitate discussions and support end to end project implementation. In this role, teamwork will be the key to your success. You’ll also support end-to-end project implementation and act as a subject matter expert in both business and technology. You’ll ideate and collaborate with a diverse team to create and set up flexible, innovative solutions that deliver a best-in-class client experience.

How you'll succeed

  • Understanding and Documenting Requirements - Work closely with business partners to gather complex business requirements and facilitate solution design discussions to ensure you meet project needs. Build strong relationships, lead discussions, listen and ask the right questions to ensure solutions meet requirements.
  • Solution Design - Build client-focused solutions that meet business requirements. Prepare and validate solution design documents around areas such as scope clarification, solution requirements, and quality assurance.
  • Leading and Mentoring – Support end-to-end project implementation as a subject matter expert and provide guidance to a diverse team of technology and project professionals. Maintain a collaborative work environment and support team members to resolve organizational, operational, and process problems.

Who you are

  • You have 2-3+ years of Business Systems Analyst experience (i.e., writing user stories, creating and updating systems Use Cases, etc.). You have experience working with MS Visio, Excel, JIRA and Confluence. You can demonstrate experience in any Case Management System like Service Now. You are highly organized and have the ability to work on multiple initiatives.
