The HR Technology team is responsible for optimizing and modernizing the systems and tools that support HR functions. These functions include recruitment, learning, performance, operations, and talent data management. In HR Tech, we aim to improve the overall employee experience, enhancing efficiency and effectiveness, using modern and emerging technologies.

Job Description
As a Business Systems Analyst, you will be responsible for business analysis activities on medium to large sized projects in a technical environment. Candidates must demonstrate knowledge and ability and can apply the competency in new or complex situations. You will be responsible for execution of all aspects of requirements delivery - planning, elicitation, analysis and documentation, management, and support.

What will you do?

• Elicit and analyze Business requirements and create documentation such as current and future state business process, user stories, data catalogues, business rules, use cases, and user interface design.
• Contribute to requirements prioritization and leverage techniques to drive out priorities and meet quarterly and annual business objectives. Work collaboratively with our business partners and stakeholders from multiple IT teams.
• Analyze and review different options for data integration and provide recommendations on the solution.
• Incorporate enterprise standard requirements methodology in requirements planning, analysis, and documentation.
• Work with project managers, developers, quality engineers, and other business analysts, to ensure that projects are delivered on time and within budget.
• Support User Acceptance Testing by supporting planning, development of test cases, and execution of tests. Communicate effectively, written and verbal, to various audiences (technical and non-technical).

Must Have

• Minimum of 2 years of working experience as a Technical BA or BSA.
• Experience working with Waterfall, Agile, and Hybrid Methodologies.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, inquisitive nature, and comfortable challenging status quo.
• Experience working with multiple stakeholders in various roles, identification of scope, enforcement of change management processes while maintaining strong relationships.
• Experience analyzing data using SQL, and or other tools.
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.

Nice To Have

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Computer Engineering, or related (technical) degree/diploma.
• Strong knowledge of fundamental data concepts (for example, but not limited to groups, hierarchies, data structures).
• Experience working with ML or AI tools.
• Experience working with tools like Jira & Confluence.
