What you'll be doing

You will be joining the Core Protection Technology team. As the Business System Analyst, you’ll be responsible for supporting the Fusion Operational Team. You will engage in BAU activities and contribute to future enhancements, ensuring smooth and phased implementation. In this role, you’ll work with business and other technical teams to document solution/business requirements, facilitate discussions and support end to end project implementation. Teamwork is key to your success. You’ll also support end-to-end project implementation and act as a subject matter expert in both business and technology. You’ll collaborate with a diverse team to create and implement flexible, innovative solutions that deliver a best-in-class client experience.

How you'll succeed
  1. Understanding and Documenting Requirements - Collaborate with business partners to gather complex requirements and facilitate solution design discussions. Build strong relationships, lead discussions, listen actively, and ask the right questions to ensure solutions meet needs.
  2. Solution Design - Develop client-focused solutions that align with business requirements. Prepare and validate solution design documents covering scope, requirements, and quality assurance.
  3. Leading and Mentoring – Support project implementation as a subject matter expert and guide a diverse team. Maintain a collaborative environment and assist team members in resolving organizational, operational, and process issues.
Who you are
  • Experience: 2-3+ years as a Business Systems Analyst, with skills in writing user stories, creating/updating Use Cases, etc. Proficient with MS Visio, Excel, JIRA, Confluence, and experience with Case Management Systems like ServiceNow. Highly organized, capable of managing multiple initiatives.
  • Client-focused: Prioritize client needs, engage purposefully, and go the extra mile.
  • Data interpretation: Enjoy investigating complex problems and making data meaningful. Confident in communicating detailed information effectively.
  • Collaborative spirit: Believe in the power of teamwork and inclusive collaboration to achieve shared goals.
