Job summary

Sunbury Transport Limited seeks a Business System Analyst to own reporting, data integrity, and testing for secure, compliant system functionality. You will be the dispatch systems SME, supporting internal reporting tools and analytics to drive insight across operations.

The role involves configuring and maintaining business apps, leveraging features, delivering user training, and providing first-level in-house support, with a focus on data quality and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree preferred.
• 2-5 years of relevant experience.
• Super user of Cognos and TMW.
• Demonstrates high attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and pivot from one initiative to the next.
• Can manage changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Must be team oriented and an independent self-starter.
• Experience in Transportation & Logistics Industry would be considered an asset.
