Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business or IT; certifications are a plus.
  • 5+ years BA experience.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Clear documentation of requirements and processes.

Responsibilities

  • Requirements Gathering: Elicit, analyze, and document business requirements for projects and system enhancements.
  • Process Analysis: Analyze existing processes to identify improvements, efficiency gains, and automation
  • Data Analysis: Interpret complex data to provide insights for decision-making
  • Documentation: Create BRDs, process flows, and use cases to guide development
  • Collaboration: Work with developers, PMs, and QA to ensure shared understanding of requirements
  • Quality Assurance: Define test cases with QA to ensure delivered solutions meet requirements
  • Stakeholder Communication: Facilitate communication between stakeholders and development team
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement and share best practices

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Business Analyst to join our team. As a Business Analyst, you will play a critical role in understanding business processes, gathering requirements, and facilitating the communication between business stakeholders and the development team. Responsibilities
  • Requirements Gathering: Work closely with business stakeholders to elicit, analyze, and document business requirements for new projects and system enhancements.
  • Process Analysis: Conduct thorough analysis of existing business processes to identify opportunities for improvement, efficiency gains, and automation.
  • Data Analysis: Analyze and interpret complex data sets to provide insights and support data-driven decision-making.
  • Documentation: Create detailed documentation, including business requirements documents, process flows, and use cases, to guide the development and implementation of solutions.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, project managers, and quality assurance, to ensure a common understanding of project requirements and objectives.
  • Quality Assurance: Work closely with the QA team to define test cases and ensure that the delivered solutions meet the specified business requirements.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Facilitate communication between business stakeholders and the development team, ensuring that expectations are aligned and project goals are met.
  • Continuous Improvement: Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to the development of best practices within the business analysis function.
Skills Required
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field. Relevant certifications in business analysis are a plus.
  • Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of professional experience in business analysis or a related role, with a track record of successfully delivering business solutions.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to analyze complex data and translate findings into actionable insights.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Documentation Skills: Proficient in creating clear and comprehensive documentation, including business requirements and process flows.
  • Technical Knowledge: Basic understanding of IT systems and technologies to facilitate effective communication with development teams.
  • Adaptability: Ability to adapt to changing business needs and priorities, adjusting analysis and solutions accordingly.
  • Collaboration: Strong collaboration and interpersonal skills to work effectively within a cross-functional team.
