Job summary

Bombardier is seeking a Business Systems Analyst to drive cross-functional SAP workstreams and ensure end-to-end process integrity across functions. The role emphasizes defining KPIs, validating processes, and guiding governance for successful SAP implementation.

The ideal candidate will have 5–8 years of SAP experience within large-scale transformations, a relevant bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience), and strong collaboration skills to coordinate across IT, security, data, and business

Qualifications

• Minimum 5–8 years of experience in SAP implementations or large-scale transformation programs within a complex organization.
• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business, Engineering, or a related field, or 15 years' experience in lieu of a degree.
• Strong knowledge of end-to-end business processes (e.g., supply chain, manufacturing, finance) and impact of process integration.

Responsibilities

• Drive cross-functional coordination across all SAP workstreams to ensure alignment and delivery of project milestones.
• Support the definition, validation, and governance of end-to-end business processes, ensuring consistency and process integrity across functional areas.
• Define, implement, and monitor KPIs related to process performance, testing progress, data readiness, and business adoption.
• Facilitate cross-stream workshops with Business Process Owners, SMEs, and project teams to align on requirements and drive decision-making.
• Coordinate security and compliance activities, ensuring alignment with business requirements, system design, and regulatory constraints (e.g., access, SoD).
• Support planning and execution of all testing phases (SIT, UAT).
• Ensure vertical and horizontal alignment across business and project teams, managing dependencies, risks, and integration points.
• Support cutover planning, go-live readiness, and hypercare activities, ensuring operational continuity.
• Collaborate with project leadership, IT, data, security, and change management teams to ensure successful delivery of the SAP implementation.
• Deliver outputs aligned with project milestones, including process documentation, testing readiness, KPI reporting, and workshop outcomes.

What are your contributions to the team?

• Drive cross-functional coordination across all SAP workstreams to ensure alignment and delivery of project milestones.

• Support planning and execution of all testing phases (SIT, UAT), ensuring end-to-end validation of business processes and timely resolution of defects.
• Ensure vertical and horizontal alignment across business and project teams, managing dependencies, risks, and integration points between streams.
• Support cutover planning, go-live readiness, and hypercare activities, ensuring operational continuity and rapid issue resolution.
• Collaborate with project leadership, functional teams, IT, data, security, and change management teams to ensure successful delivery of the SAP implementation.
• Deliver agreed-upon outputs aligned with project milestones, including process documentation, testing readiness, KPI reporting, and workshop outcomes.

• You have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify risks, gaps, and process inefficiencies.
• You are comfortable working in a fast-paced, transformation-driven environment with evolving priorities and tight timelines.
• You demonstrate strong communication skills and are able to translate business requirements into clear, actionable deliverables for both business and technical teams.
• You are proactive, detail-oriented, and results-driven, with a strong focus on ensuring process integrity and successful delivery.
• You are eager to contribute to a large-scale transformation and have a strong interest in driving business adoption and operational success.
