Job summary

Pacer Group is seeking a seasoned Business/Systems Analyst to support AML workflows and Actimize configurations in a regulated environment. You will translate business needs into functional specifications and collaborate with cross-functional teams to investigate alerts and system behavior.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years as a BA/BSA, deep AML/BSA knowledge, CTR process familiarity, and strong SQL or data analysis skills to drive effective controls.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as BA/BSA with 3+ years configuring or supporting NICE Actimize workflows.
• Knowledge of Bank Secrecy Act (BSA) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) regulatory requirements.
• Understanding of Currency Transaction Reporting (CTR) processes and requirements.
• Experience writing business requirements, functional specs, and workflow documentation.
• Exposure to SQL or data analysis tools for investigating alerts and system behavior.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work across business and technical teams.
