Job Summary :

We are seeking an experienced Business Systems Analyst (BSA) to support business and technology teams in delivering critical initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business analysis within financial services, with exposure to Salesforce considered a strong asset.

Key Responsibilities :

• Gather, document, and analyze business and technical requirements.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope and objectives.
• Translate business needs into functional specifications for development teams.
• Facilitate workshops, meetings, and presentations with business and IT stakeholders.
• Develop process flows, use cases, user stories, and data mapping documentation.
• Support testing efforts, including test planning, scripting, and defect management.
• Act as a liaison between business and technical teams throughout the project lifecycle.
• Ensure solutions align with business goals and compliance requirements.

Must-Have Qualifications :

• 7+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst.
• Strong understanding of banking and financial services processes.
• Proven experience in requirements gathering, documentation, and stakeholder management.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience working in Agile and / or Waterfall project environments.

Nice-to-Have :

• Experience with Salesforce CRM (especially in a financial or client onboarding context).
• Knowledge of regulatory or compliance-related banking initiatives (e.g., KYC, AML).
• Technical understanding of data mapping, APIs, or system integrations.
• Hybrid work model : 3 days onsite in Toronto office , 2 days remote.
