Technical Business Systems Analyst – Contract | Hybrid (Toronto)

Opportunity for a Technical Business Systems Analyst to play a pivotal role in a large-scale transformation project at a leading global bank. As the institution expands its U.S. operations, you’ll help shape the future of its corporate banking platform—integrating over 20 applications into a unified system. This role is for someone with a strong background in cash management systems, cash concentration strategies, and a deep understanding of corporate banking user journeys. You'll work at the intersection of business and technology, helping to deliver seamless, compliant, and user-centric financial solutions.

What You’ll Do:

• Act as a key liaison between business and technical teams to support the integration of 20+ applications into a unified global transaction banking platform.
• Analyze and document complex cash management and liquidity structures, including ZBA, target balancing, and notional pooling.
• Improve user journeys for corporate clients across digital banking platforms—covering payment initiation, reconciliation, reporting, and entitlements.
• Collaborate with compliance teams to embed regulatory frameworks (AML/KYC) into system designs.
• Leverage your skills in SQL, Python, and JSON to support data analysis, integration, and reporting.

What You Bring:

• 3+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst in financial services or FinTech.
• Strong knowledge of corporate cash management systems, treasury platforms, and payment rails (ACH, SWIFT, Fedwire).
• Experience with CRM systems, API integrations, and regulatory compliance.
• Excellent documentation, stakeholder engagement, and problem-solving skills.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with Fedwire, billing systems, client onboarding, and AML/sanction screening.
• Familiarity with ERP integrations (SAP, Oracle) and banking file formats (BAI2, ISO 20022, EDI 820).
