Job summary

360insights is seeking a Product Manager to lead a team of Product Owners and drive the Product & Technology roadmap. You will facilitate cross-team delivery, maintain deep market understanding, and contribute hands-on to product execution.

• Experience navigating conflicting priorities and turning ambiguity into clarity.
• Experience working in Agile organisations (SAFe experience is a nice-to-have).

About the role

You’ll lead and develop a team of Product Owners while executing on the Product & Technology roadmap. By facilitating cross-team delivery and maintaining deep market understanding, you’ll help bring our product vision to life. The Product Manager is both a people leader, an influential strategic thinker and will be hands on executing too.
