You will work across Finance, Operations and HR tasks, handling AP/AR, invoicing, data entry, and document preparation, while contributing to process improvements. A Bachelor's degree and strong Excel/Google Sheets skills are preferred.

Chinova Bioworks is looking for a Business Support Associate – Finance & Administration to join our growing team in Fredericton. This role provides essential support across finance, administration, and office operations, helping ensure our day-to-day business activities run smoothly and efficiently.
The successful candidate will be organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working across multiple functions. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build broad business experience in a growing, innovative organization.
Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable tracking.
Prepare, organize, and review invoices, receipts, and payment records.
Support financial data entry, expense reporting, and budget tracking.
Assist with monthly reconciliations and financial reporting activities.
Prepare and organize documentation for audits and year-end processes.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.
Collaborate with Finance, Operations, and other teams to coordinate business support activities.
Assist with employee onboarding and the preparation and maintenance of internal documentation.
Support process improvements that increase administrative efficiency and accuracy.
Provide general business and administrative support as required.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
Proficiency in Google Sheets / Microsoft Excel; familiarity with Google Workspace is an asset.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
High attention to detail and accuracy.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to tasks.
Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a cross-functional team.
Previous experience in finance, accounting, administration, or office operations is an asset.
