Hart House is a centre for experiential education outside the classroom at the University of Toronto. Since 1919, it has served as a place for students, faculty, staff, alumni, and the broader community to connect through arts, dialogue, and wellness programs. It operates from a historic facility on the St. George campus and a 150-acre farm in Caledon, Ontario, supporting student-focused programming across three campuses through a social enterprise model.
The Hart House IT department provides comprehensive support for hardware, software, networking, and peripherals, manages websites and e-commerce platforms, and collaborates on new system implementations to enhance operational efficiency.
Reporting to the Director of IT, the Business and Project Analyst will support IT initiatives, including developing an organizational reporting and analytics dashboard. This role involves engaging with stakeholders, assessing processes, and implementing improvements to meet strategic goals. The ideal candidate is goal-oriented, communicative, organized, analytical, and comfortable managing multiple priorities independently.
