Project Specialist, Cold Drink Equipment Customer Operations

Work Location: This is a Work From Home position; the successful candidate must be based in Ontario.

About This Opportunity

Reporting to the Senior Manager, Cold Drink Equipment Customer Operations, this role involves managing project work within Coke Canada's customer operations team. The position requires close collaboration with customer operations and analysts to successfully implement and complete customer initiatives. This is a Work From Home position.

Responsibilities
  1. Coordinate implementation timelines for multiple projects of moderate to high complexity independently.
  2. Collaborate with project leads, customer operations, and analysts to ensure successful implementation and completion of initiatives.
  3. Participate in routines and meetings, ensuring they stay on track.
  4. Represent the Customer Operations Team when interacting with other reporting functions.
  5. Establish and monitor standardized project metrics to ensure successful completion.
  6. Analyze large data sets to inform decisions and support team success.
  7. Standardize and adapt reports, tools, and routines for future growth.
  8. Monitor progress towards customer and team objectives.
  9. Report activities to the Senior Manager of Customer Operations.
Qualifications
  1. Proven ability to implement business cases, project schedules, and forecasts.
  2. Quantitative and analytical experience, with familiarity in Coca-Cola Canada Bottling systems such as Margin Minder, SAP, and Microsoft Power BI (asset).
  3. Strong written, oral, and financial storytelling skills.
  4. Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is required.
  5. Lean Six Sigma knowledge is an asset.
  6. Bachelor's Degree in Business or Engineering.
  7. Minimum 5+ years of experience in project management, operations, or consulting, preferably in the consumer-packaged goods industry, including 1-2 years as an individual contributor.
