Microserve is seeking a Process Evolution Team Lead to elevate our Business Process Management practice. This leadership role involves managing process improvement initiatives, fostering collaboration across teams, and ensuring efficiency while supporting team development. Position Overview :
The Operational Excellence (OE) Team's mission is to improve organizational efficiencies, resulting in improved ways of working. The OE team consists of three teams : Data Enablement, Process Evolution, and Project Management, whose combined expertise enables us to create value for the organization. This role will lead the Process Evolution Team.
Your primary focus will be to elevate the Business Process Management practice by executing the Director’s strategy and vision, oversee continuous improvement and process initiatives, support and develop the process evolution team and lead Process Management and Knowledge management initiatives that align our department and company mission. Your success will be measured through process efficiency achieved.
Ideally candidates will be western based and close to one of our offices to enable hybrid working model. This is hybrid working model with 40% in office and 60% remote. Candidates must be within distance of one of our office branches and are expected to be in person 2 days a week to meet with stakeholders and internal clients and conduct site visits and lead activities which benefit from in person contact. We will consider candidates Canada-wide and while in person is important
We are looking for someone who is energized by the BPM Practice, has solid communication skills and ability to forge trust / relationships quickly, loves to be ‘boots on the ground’ and in the action, speaking to a variety of stakeholders to maintain trust and cross-functional collaboration

Compensation :
At Microserve we aim to pay fairly alongside the various geographical location our employees reside in across Canada. Therefore, our salary range for this role is between $65,000 to $90,000 annually with additional variable compensation available. The final salary offered will be based on a combination of your skills, experience, location, competencies, and internal pay equity.
