The Document Control Process Lead manages incoming requests to prioritize and manage activities within the Document Control Team, while also actively coordinating with project stakeholders to maintain effective communication and positive collaboration.

Your Responsibilities
- Overseeing Document Control request processes, including prioritizing and assigning requests to individual Team members, adjusting workload to shifting priorities, monitoring Team workload to ensure deliverables are completed within established service standards
- Supervising Team members, including monitoring daily activities and establishing regular progress reporting structures
- Reporting on Document Control activities, including Operational, Project, Information Management reporting and ad hoc request from various stakeholders
- Monitoring document management systems and databases to ensure consistency and quality control over records and data input
- Regular auditing of document control processes to monitor compliance with established procedure and identify opportunities for improvements
- Collaborate with appropriate Business, Project Teams, and third-party stakeholders to ensure resolutions of issues and risks
- Maintain continuous alignment and collaboration with the Document Control Manager and Engineering Project Teams
- Coordinate the development and delivery of training and educational resources for promoting document control standards to clients/stakeholders
- Effectively manage issues resolution and change management processes
Your Skills

- Demonstrated leadership skills, including relationship building, problem solving, managing through process change, supervisory and mentorship, etc

Your Experience
- Post-secondary education in a related field (Business Administration, Information Management, Information Technology, etc.)
- Minimum 5 years of experience within records management/document control
- Supply management or project administration experience considered an asset
- Supervisory experience considered an asset
