Job summary

Pacer Group in Toronto, Ontario is seeking a contract specialist to support Appian BPM and related technologies in a hybrid environment (2-3 days on-site).

The role is a 6–12 month engagement with a pay rate of CAD 70-75 per hour. Ideal candidates will have 6–8 years of Appian BPM, IDP and RPA experience, plus production support, monitoring and ITSM knowledge.

Qualifications

• 6–8 years of experience in Appian BPM & Appian Workflow, IDP and RPA.
• Hands-on experience in Appian application production support and troubleshooting.
• Experience in troubleshooting and resolution of complex production issues (L2/L3).
• Knowledge of IDP (Intelligent Document Processing) and RPA (Robotic Process Automation).
• Experience with application monitoring, performance tuning, automation, and production deployments.
• Strong understanding of change/release management and IT service management practices.
