Job summary

Net2Source (N2S) seeks an experienced Appian Technical Lead to design, develop, and lead enterprise-grade Appian solutions, including integration with OnBase. This role provides technical leadership to ensure scalable, high-performing, and secure low-code applications aligned with enterprise architecture standards.

We require 10+ years of Appian experience, strong architectural skills, and collaboration with architects, stakeholders, and product teams.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of Appian experience required.
• Proven ability to design and lead enterprise Appian solutions.

Responsibilities

• Define Appian architecture standards and design patterns.
• Lead the design and development of scalable Appian applications.
• Guide teams on Appian implementation and performance tuning.
• Design and implement integrations between Appian and enterprise systems (e.g., OnBase, APIs).
• Ensure security, data integrity, and compliance with enterprise standards.
• Establish development governance, CI/CD practices, and deployment standards.
• Collaborate with enterprise architects, business stakeholders, and product teams.
• Review and approve solution designs to ensure alignment with enterprise architecture.
• Lead troubleshooting, performance tuning, and issue resolution.
• Drive reusable component development and platform best practices adoption.
