Job summary

Bombardier is seeking a Business Process Analyst to join the Aerospace Canada team at Marcel-Laurin Plant 1. The role focuses on owning and optimizing core business processes, driving system transformation, and aligning initiatives across departments.

Flexibility and hybrid work policies are available, with a strong emphasis on stakeholder collaboration. The candidate should have a bachelor’s degree in a related field, 5–10 years of experience, and deep knowledge of PLM, ERP, and MES systems.

Qualifications

• You hold a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• You have proven experience (5–10 years) leading system transformation and integration initiatives within complex organizations.
• You have a strong understanding of PLM, ERP, and MES systems, including their functionalities, integration capabilities, and data integration processes.
• You possess excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences and gain buy-in for integration initiatives.
• You are highly autonomous, customer-oriented, and able to meet deadlines.
• You are bilingual in English and French.

• As the Business Process Owner, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing business processes to ensure efficiency, effectiveness, and alignment with organizational objectives.
• Lead process improvement initiatives, ensuring their timely completion and alignment with organizational goals.
• Collaborate with various departments to ensure processes are streamlined and aligned with business objectives.
• Develop and monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of process changes.
