Job summary

Best Buy Canada is seeking a Lean Business/Process Analyst to drive process improvements across our Brampton Distribution Centre. You will model processes, map value streams, and apply Lean Six Sigma to identify opportunities that boost efficiency and performance.

The role is on-site at Brampton, ON, with collaboration across Lean and other teams. Ideal candidates have a Bachelor’s degree, 2+ years in process improvement, and familiarity with Agile practices and Jira/Confluence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher university degree level.
• Lean Six Sigma Greenbelt certification or equivalent would be considered an asset.
• Detail oriented with the ability to think critically and deliver results in a fast-paced, changing environment.
• 2 years of process improvement experience in a professional services organization.
• Knowledge in Agile project management – familiar with Jira and Confluence.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Experience with change management and process adoption.

• Govern existing business tools, reports, and applications.

As a Lean Business/Process Analyst, you will analyze data, uncover opportunities, and help optimize processes across the Distribution Centre. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver continuous improvement initiatives and create smarter, more efficient ways of working.
