A DAY IN THE LIFE OF THE BRANCH BUSINESS OPERATIONS MANAGER
As the Manager you will develop, manage, and implement the business plan and operating budget, retail audits, sales objectives and keep all invoicing and accounts receivable in accordance with company policy and direct all aspects of daily operations, including maintenance and repair of the facility to ensure safety, efficiency, and profitability.
You will consult with customers, suppliers, management and other appropriate industry personnel to promote products and services and execute a culture of care and comply with all industry regulatory and EH&S standards.
You will manage all aspects of human resources including hiring, performance management, coaching and discharging within company policy and regulatory compliance.
