Job description

Job duties:

  • Develop and Implement Marketing Strategies: Design and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to promote real estate photography services targeting real estate agents, developers, and property owners to increase the company’s market share and brand visibility.
  • Technical expertise: Use precision, on-site AutoCAD drafting and landscaping detail and cutting-edge 3D & VR technology to convert blueprints and sketches.
  • Market Research: Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitor strategies within the real estate market using insights to tailor marketing approaches and services offered.
  • Client Relationship Management: Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients by providing exceptional service, understanding their marketing needs, and offering them customized photography solutions to enhance their property listings.
  • Content Creation and Management: Oversee the creation of engaging marketing content, including photographs, virtual tours, promotional materials, and social media posts ensuring they align with brand standards and appeal to the target audience.
  • Digital Marketing: Leverage digital marketing tools and platforms, such as social media, search engine optimization, content management systems, and email marketing to effectively reach and engage potential clients and to drive traffic and conversions.
  • Team Leadership and Collaboration: Lead and coordinate a team of photographers, editors, and marketing professionals, and foster a collaborative environment to ensure that the output is high-quality and project deadlines are met.
  • Budget Management: Develop and manage the marketing budget while ensuring resources are allocated efficiently to maximize the return on investment of marketing campaigns and activities.
  • Analytics and Reporting: Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns using key metrics, and adjust strategies as needed to improve their effectiveness and to achieve business goals.
  • Training and Development: Organize training sessions and workshops for the marketing and photography teams to enhance their skills and knowledge and help ensure the company remains at the forefront of real estate marketing excellence.

Terms of employment: Permanent and full-time.

The language of work: English.

Wage: $53.85 per hour.

Skills requirements:

  • Must invest at least $50,000 in the business.

Required education:

  • A university degree or college diploma in business administration, marketing, accounting, or a related field is required.
  • Understanding and hands-on experience in Precision On-Site AutoCAD, Cutting Edge 3D & VR technology, and Matterport 3D Tour is required. The applicant must successfully complete a training program.
  • A master’s degree in a relevant field is an asset but is not required.
  • A certificate in international business management is an asset but is not required.

Required work experience:

  • Experience in a Strategic Managerial Role: At least 5 years of experience in a strategic managerial role, including significant experience with strategic planning, campaign management, and team leadership.
  • Experience in a Sales, Marketing, or Public Relations Role: Several years of experience as a sales, marketing, or public relations representative or in a related occupation are required.
  • Matterport and Visual Marketing Expertise: Familiarity with the use of Matterport 3D mapping technology, especially as it relates to real estate, and the ability to leverage visual content for marketing purposes.
  • Leadership Roles: A history of progressively responsible leadership positions that showcase your ability to manage teams, oversee projects from conception to execution, and drive business growth through effective marketing strategies.
  • Client Relationship Management: A proven track record of building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, such as real estate agents, developers, and property owners, as well as demonstrated negotiation, client retention, and customer service skills.
  • Project Management: Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously, demonstrating strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to meet deadlines and budget constraints.
  • Analytical and Decision-Making Skills: A demonstrated ability to analyze market trends, campaign performance data, and customer feedback to inform marketing strategies and business decisions and to adjust strategies as needed.
  • Results-Oriented Achievements: A portfolio of successful marketing campaigns or projects that resulted in measurable improvements in brand visibility, lead generation, customer engagement, or sales growth.
  • Innovation and Adaptability: Evidence of innovative thinking and adaptability in response to changing market conditions, technological advancements, or shifts in consumer behavior. Able to solve challenges that arise in the course of marketing campaigns and managing real estate photography projects.
  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for creating marketing materials, presenting strategies, and communicating effectively with team members, clients, and stakeholders.
  • Creativity and Innovation: Creative thinking to develop unique marketing campaigns and innovative solutions that differentiate the company from its competitors and captivate the target audience.
