Job summary

Bilinguallink is seeking a skilled Business Analyst to Windsor, Ontario to gather requirements and translate them into BRDs, FRDs, and user stories. You will work with stakeholders to document needs and guide teams through SDLC processes, ensuring traceability and quality outcomes.

You will collaborate with developers, QA, product managers, and project teams, conduct interviews and workshops, and perform gap analysis to identify improvements. Strong SQL and Excel skills are expected.
