Role Description / Key Responsibilities

This is an exciting opportunity to support Technical Services, growth, efficient deployment and productivity of resources through the development of an effective induction program (gap assessment, training framework, and development of learning resources) and delivery model toolkit including process maps and technical documentation.

Skills / Previous Experience

• Excellent writing skills; experience with technical documentation an asset
• Experience with process mapping, facilitating workshops, and eliciting requirements
• Ability to synthesize information into concise and meaningful insights and / or visualization
• Knowledge / familiarity with design thinking methodology
• Training / educational background, with understanding of adult education and creative training approaches
• Ability to create a work plan to achieve objectives and execute against that plan
• Project management or construction background an asset
• Familiarity with collaboration tools including SharePoint administration and Miro
• Experience creating training content (Camtasia or other tools)
