We are seeking a talented Business Information Security Officer to be part of a local operational security team. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of information security frameworks and IT security policies. Experience in conducting technical risk assessments and supporting client and regulatory requests is essential. Reporting to the Regional Information Security Officer, you will collaborate with various departments within FNZ to enhance policies, standards, and support our resiliency strategy.
Role Responsibilities
- Manage the assessment, analysis, and reporting of information and cyber security risks to relevant stakeholders.
- Contribute to the development and communication of corporate information security policies, standards, and guidelines.
- Support local service provisioning to meet client and regulatory requirements, including audit preparation, RFP responses, and client security committees.
- Work with a local team of Officers and Analysts to deliver consistent global security services aligned with business goals.
- Promote a security-aware culture across the organization.
Primary Requirements
- Experience in an information security role within an enterprise, regulated industry, law enforcement, or military environment.
- Knowledge of implementing security and risk frameworks such as ISO27001, NIST CSF, or auditing standards like SOC2.
- Ability to guide internal stakeholders towards improving security maturity.
- Professional qualifications such as CISSP, CISM, CISA, or equivalent.
Secondary Requirements
- Ability to communicate security and risk concepts effectively to senior management.
- Experience managing client and regulator relationships related to information security.
- Mentoring experience with security analysts.
