Business Information Security Officer

We are looking for a talented Business Information Security Officer to be part of a local operational security team. You will have good knowledge of information security frameworks and IT security policies. You will have experience of conducting technical risk assessments and supporting client and regulatory requests. Reporting to the Regional Information Security Officer, you will work alongside multiple areas of FNZ to mature the policies and standards and support our resiliency strategy.

Role Responsibilities

  • Manage the assessment, analysis and reporting of information and cyber security risks to the appropriate audiences.
  • Contribute to the development and communication of corporate information security policy, standards and guidelines.
  • Support local provisioning of services to support client and regulatory requirements such as audit preparation, response to RFPs and contractual client information security committees.
  • Be part of a local team of Officers and/or Analysts to deliver a consistent global service, supporting the delivery of business goals with expert guidance.
  • Lead the way in implementing security culture across the business.

Primary requirements

  • Experience of an Information Security function in an enterprise, regulated industry, law enforcement or the miliary.
  • Knowledge of the practical implementation of information security and risk frameworks such as ISO27001, NIST CSF or auditing frameworks such as SOC2.
  • Ability to manage internal stakeholders through a journey of improving information security maturity.
  • Professional Information Security qualifications such as CISSP, CISM, CISA or equivalent

Secondary requirements

  • Ability to communicate information security and risk concepts to senior management.
  • Experience in managing client and regulator relationships to support information security activities.
  • Mentor a small team of information security analysts.
