Job Overview

Enterprise Protect at TD is seeking a senior professional to manage and oversee Technology Controls and Information Security policies, programs, and tools. The role involves assessing risks, identifying gaps, and implementing security solutions to safeguard TD's assets. The candidate will participate in complex projects, providing detailed reports and assessments at various organizational levels.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical expertise and consultation on Technology Controls and Information Security programs, policies, standards, and incidents.
• Lead and assign resources for risk assessments, control evaluations, vulnerability assessments, and related activities.
• Conduct risk and control assessments, document impacts, and develop mitigation strategies.
• Ensure the implementation of technology, processes, and governance to detect, prevent, and respond to security threats.
• Contribute to the development of global security strategies and frameworks.
• Develop security reports, monitor trends, and assess control effectiveness.
• Collaborate with technology leaders to integrate controls into the enterprise architecture.
• Support regulatory compliance, audits, and remediation activities.
• Oversee deployment of software security programs and develop security training curricula.
• Manage communication regarding security risks, incidents, and threats.
• Review internal processes for improvement opportunities.
• Enforce enterprise frameworks related to technology controls and information security.
• Foster a risk-aware culture and lead cross-functional relationships.

Qualifications & Experience

• University degree.
• Information security certifications are an asset.
• 10+ years of relevant experience in information security or related fields.
