Our team is seeking a Business Information Mgmt. Analyst II to join the Automation, Data & Process Optimization team within Global Payment & Deposit Solutions (GPDS). This role requires expertise in robotic process automation (RPA), process analysis, and solution development to automate manual tasks and improve operational efficiency. Responsibilities include designing, developing, and maintaining RPA solutions while ensuring compliance with security, governance, and risk standards. The candidate will analyze data from various sources, communicate findings to stakeholders, manage data lifecycle, ensure data compliance, and utilize visualization tools for business insights. Regular communication with business partners is essential to define requirements and deliver scalable solutions.
Additional knowledge in payment data, SWIFT messages, ISO20022, payment systems, regulatory reporting, and deposit management is an asset.
