Job Description

Our team is seeking a Business Information Mgmt. Analyst II to join the Automation, Data & Process Optimization team within Global Payment & Deposit Solutions (GPDS). This role requires expertise in robotic process automation (RPA), process analysis, and solution development to automate manual tasks and improve operational efficiency. Responsibilities include designing, developing, and maintaining RPA solutions while ensuring compliance with security, governance, and risk standards. The candidate will analyze data from various sources, communicate findings to stakeholders, manage data lifecycle, ensure data compliance, and utilize visualization tools for business insights. Regular communication with business partners is essential to define requirements and deliver scalable solutions.

Responsibilities
  1. RPA Development & Process Automation:
    • Analyze processes to identify automation opportunities and assess feasibility.
    • Design and develop RPA workflows using UiPath, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
    • Use programming languages (Python, VBA, SQL, .NET) to enhance automation.
    • Develop VBA macros and functions to automate tasks within Excel and Access.
    • Build and maintain databases in Access, automate queries, and integrate RPA solutions.
    • Implement best practices for bot deployment, exception handling, and error resolution.
  2. Business Information Analysis & Management:
    • Perform data analysis, mapping, and remediation to ensure data accuracy.
    • Utilize SQL for data extraction and analysis.
    • Implement data automation strategies to improve efficiency.
    • Use Python scripts for data tasks to streamline processes.
    • Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP) is a plus.
    • Manage requirements and execute change plans.
  3. Agile & Ways of Working:
    • Apply Agile methodologies, act as Product Owner, and use tools like Jira and Confluence.
    • Stay current on RPA trends and foster a culture of innovation.
  4. Leadership & Collaboration:
    • Engage with stakeholders to understand requirements.
    • Collaborate with IT security, compliance, and business units to meet regulatory standards.
  5. Critical Thinking & Problem-Solving:
    • Address automation challenges and improve workflows.
    • Develop innovative solutions and interpret data trends.
    • Identify risks and implement controls for compliance.
  6. Education & Experience:
    • Undergraduate degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, or related field.
    • At least 1 year of experience in RPA or process automation.
    • Experience with RPA tools (UiPath, Power Automate, Blue Prism, Automation Anywhere) and knowledge of API, SQL, Python, VBA, JavaScript preferred.

Additional knowledge in payment data, SWIFT messages, ISO20022, payment systems, regulatory reporting, and deposit management is an asset.
