Pay Details: $59,500 - $84,000 CAD

Job Description
Customer
  • Execute complex transactions and overrides accurately, on time, and according to guidelines, adhering to SLAs.
  • Identify, document, and investigate process exceptions beyond first-level service delivery.
  • Coordinate with partners on initiatives, potentially acting as a project lead or subject matter expert for small projects.
  • Refer or escalate issues as needed, connecting with appropriate functions to resolve and maintain service quality.
  • Identify opportunities to improve service delivery.
  • Analyze process drivers, root causes of issues, interpret findings, and recommend solutions.
  • Support inbound and outbound requests, making adjustments within authority levels.
  • Assist in producing reports and maintain relationships with customers by resolving issues and explaining processes.
  • Interact with partners and vendors, providing guidance and addressing questions promptly.
Shareholder
  • Complete business processes accurately and on time per SLA requirements.
  • Contribute to operational excellence by suggesting improvements to standards, policies, and procedures.
  • Develop understanding of regulations and industry trends, assessing impacts on policies and procedures.
  • Manage confidential information discreetly.
  • Research and analyze service issues, contribute to audits, testing, and reports to enhance customer experience and support business goals.
  • Ensure documentation reflects client and business intentions, complying with rules and regulations.
  • Contribute to management presentations and communication efforts.
  • Support risk management and control, adhering to enterprise frameworks and compliance standards.

  • Build operational knowledge, identify process improvements, share ideas, and transfer knowledge across teams.

  • Lead small initiatives or work streams as assigned.
  • Provide training and guide junior staff.
  • Typically report to a Group Manager.
Experience and Education
  • Undergraduate degree or college diploma.
  • 3+ years relevant experience.
