We’re looking for a General Manager to join and strengthen our close-knit team. What You’ll Do:

• Financial Management: Oversee KPIs and benchmarks, lead budgeting, strategic planning, and manage financial relationships with banks and partners.
• Team Leadership: Attract and retain top talent, oversee onboarding, training, and development, foster teamwork and address employee needs.
• Operational Excellence: Monitor production, inventory, payroll, analyze customer satisfaction, and implement LEAN principles to improve processes.
• Leadership & Strategy: Collaborate with the owner on strategic planning, participate in management meetings, mentor team members.
• Business Development: Represent the company at events, strengthen relationships with clients, vendors, and industry professionals.
