General Manager Role

As the General Manager, you are responsible for everything and everybody in your restaurant. You are the leader of the entire business.
You are the champion of all culinary and hospitality Management responsibilities.
You are responsible for sales growth, cost controls, adherence of all standards, development & retention of your team, repairs & maintenance as well as involvement in the annual budgeting process.
The two primary goals for the business are; Profitable Growth in Guest Counts & Greater Retention of Team Members.
This is a full-time Salaried Management position reporting directly to the Regional Operations Leader.

Salary and Perks
