Job summary

Compass Group Canada is seeking a General Manager to lead arena/restaurant operations in Regina, overseeing budgeting, financial management, and the execution of retail and catering programs. The role requires flexibility to work weekdays, evenings, and weekends, with a strong emphasis on guest experiences and team leadership.

The General Manager is responsible for all aspects of the operation including: budgeting, financial management and weekly analysis, implementation and ongoing success of retail and marketing programs, catering services, and branded concepts.
