Job details

The Neighbourhood Group of Companies, operating The Wooly Pub (Guelph), Borealis Grille & Bar (Guelph & Kitchener), Miijidaa Café + Bistro (Guelph), and Park Eatery (Guelph), is looking for an Assistant General Manager to help lead one of our operations. The role offers a base salary range of $48,000-$60,000/year, plus up to $10,000 in additional pay including bonuses, full family health benefits, 2 weeks paid vacation, 2 weeks paid personal days, expense and entertainment accounts. Total compensation can exceed $60,000/year.

Ideal candidates will have at least 2 years of hospitality management experience, familiarity with Optimum Control Inventory Management and scheduling software is a plus.
