Bringing a simple concept of elevated service and care to your neighborhood local. Join an environment where we are going to be putting an emphasis on service levels and care of each customer and each other team members as well as the top-quality products we will be serving.*eleven eleven kitchen + bar* will share a common kitchen with Zero Latency On Tilt (a free roam virtual reality arena) and will focus on an elevated pub fare menu. All menu items are expected to be made from fresh ingredients and combined wonderful flavor combinations.Our *General Manager* will oversee all departmental managers, shift leaders and hourly employees including their roles and responsibilities. We expect you to be a mentor, a coach, and a leader. We are looking for an energetic person that brings a positive vibe and has an entrepreneurial heart with aspirations of growing a business and moving up in a corporate team.Expectations:- Ensure the interior and exterior of the building is kept to the highest standard ? our house is your house!- Place orders, create schedules, track fundraisers & giveaways, and other weekly office duties.- Review and maintain safety, sanitation and food-safe practices.- Plan, organize and facilitate in-house and outside events ? ie. Crib night, trivia night, wing night, fundraisers, etc.- Predict and analyze industry trends, budgets, purchasing, and labor.- Expand your knowledge - including food, drinks, policies, training programs, values, processes, etc.- Internal company communication is a must!What we?re looking for:- A Passion for People and relationship building.
