Position : Business Sales Executive- Commission Only

Location : Edmonton, Alberta

Type : Full-Time

Salary Structure : Commission Only

Key Responsibilities :

  • Identify and target potential B2B clients in the Commercial Real Estate industry who can benefit from our engineering services.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their evolving needs and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and potential business opportunities to grow our sales efforts.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets and revenue goals.
  • Create compelling proposals and presentations tailored to client needs.
  • Collaborate with our technical teams to understand and communicate the value proposition of our engineering services.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements, closing deals and ensuring profitable outcomes.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities in our CRM system.
  • Attend industry events and conferences to network and promote Pryco Global's services.
  • Continuously improve product knowledge and stay updated on advancements in the engineering field.

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field is preferred.
  • Experience in Engineering Consulting, Commercial Real Estate, Municipal, Construction and Services industry will be preferred.
  • Proven track record in B2B sales, preferably in the engineering or consulting industry.
  • Strong understanding of engineering concepts and the ability to convey technical information to non-technical clients.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Results-driven, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
  • Proficiency in CRM software, Digital Marketing and Microsoft Office Suite.
