We're looking for someone who will be responsible for generating new business, maintaining client relationships, and promoting our transportation services to businesses in need of reliable logistics solutions. You will play a key role in driving the growth of our company by expanding our customer base and ensuring excellent service delivery.

Key Responsibilities :

Business Development :

o Identify and target potential clients in need of transportation and logistics services.

o Prospect new business leads through cold calling, networking, and outreach campaigns.

o Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat business

and referrals.

o Provide quotes and detailed service offerings to clients, ensuring competitive pricing and

o Collaborate with the operations team to customize logistics plans for clients and ensure

the highest quality service.

o Monitor and track sales progress to meet and exceed targets.

Customer Service :

o Act as the point of contact for clients, addressing any concerns or questions regarding

services.

o Ensure customer satisfaction by providing timely solutions to challenges.

o Resolve any transportation-related issues to maintain strong relationships with clients.

Reporting and Documentation :

o Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales, and opportunities.

o Provide regular sales updates and reports to management.

o Update CRM software with client information, activities, and sales progress.

Qualifications :

  • 2 to 5 years of B2B sales experience.
  • 1 to 3 years of Logistics / Transportation experience.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills in both English and French.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and responsibilities simultaneously.
  • Works well in a team and across departments.
  • Maintains a positive attitude and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
