Business Development Representative (BDR) – Logix ITS

We are looking for a growth-oriented, results-driven BDR to join our dynamic team! In this role, you’ll be a key player in our Go-to-Market (GTM) efforts for our All Traffic Solutions division in the US and North America. We're looking for a quick learner who thrives in a fast-paced environment, understands customer needs, and is motivated to hit goals and grow their career. Key Responsibilities:

  • Research and identify key opportunities (white space, GTM campaigns, available grant funding, traffic safety initiatives, municipal budgets for traffic calming, etc).
  • Mine for new contacts through our data mining tools and by leveraging LinkedIn and Google.
  • Identify key contacts within accounts in your territory.
  • Use Outreach.io to engage with customers and develop relationships with them.
  • Create personalized prospecting emails and manage email campaigns.
  • Present results of prospecting outbound email and call campaigns.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce
  • Occasional travel to trade shows to generate more leads and opportunities.
  • Partner with our Territory Managers to help fill their pipeline and develop your skills.
  • Maintain active engagement with new and existing prospects through creative follow-up communications designed to increase customer interest in our products.
  • Achieve quarterly quota of qualified opportunities.

Qualifications:

  • Ideally 1-2 years of experience in sales, business development, or cold calling, with a focus on customer interaction
  • Excellent in both written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Familiarity with CRM systems, preferably Dynamics
  • Ability to quickly grasp and adapt to new tools and software
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • High energy, positive attitude and the ability to take initiative
  • Comfort thriving within a fast-paced and high-pressure environment
  • Knowledge of Traffic/Public Safety industry is advantageous
  • Bachelor’s Degree is strongly preferred
