The Role :

We're looking for a Channel BDR who thrives in a fast-paced, partner-driven environment. This role is focused on supporting and enabling our global partner network, driving pipeline and revenue through indirect sales, and reducing friction in the partner sales process. You'll be a go-to resource for channel partner engagement, helping manage inbound requests and co-selling motions across Nitro's partner ecosystem.

This is a great role if you're detail-oriented, channel-savvy, and energized by supporting partners and internal teams to drive revenue.

What you'll be doing :

  • Monitor and respond to requests in Channel and BDR inboxes within a 2-hour SLA.
  • Manage quote requests, PO submissions, and order processing for sub-20 license deals and channel-registered opportunities.
  • Route and track inbound partner requests across Nitro teams, including AEs, CAEs, BDRs, Renewals, Deal Desk, and Finance.
  • Process stock / perpetual license orders for >

20 license requests.

  • Support license delivery and NFR (Not for Resale) requests in coordination with Deal Desk and CAMs (Channel Account Managers).
  • Identify and eliminate inefficiencies in partner engagement workflows to increase conversion and velocity.
  • Proactively work with channel partners and resellers to drive indirect pipeline generation.
  • Help support partner onboarding requests, portal access issues, and general assistance inquiries.

What we're looking for :

  • Based in Toronto with the ability to work from the office 3 days per week.
  • Minimum 1 year experience in a BDR / SDR / Sales role; experience in full sales cycle management is a strong plus.
  • A highly responsive, organized communicator who thrives on helping others succeed.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce, Groove, Clari CoPilot, Clay, or similar sales and CRM tools.
  • Strong time management and a proactive mindset — you see inefficiencies and find a better way.
  • Comfortable handling multiple requests at once and delivering a seamless partner experience.
  • Bonus : Experience working directly with resellers, distributors, or indirect sales motions.
