Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition and L&D at MEDFAR Clinical Solutions

Job Description

As part of MEDFAR’s growth strategy, especially in British Columbia — a top priority for 2025 — you will join a multidisciplinary, national sales team of over 15 professionals. Reporting to the Sales Director, Kassandra, you will work closely with Todd (Business Development Executive) and Laurie (New Market Sales Specialist) to drive expansion and contribute to MEDFAR’s success.

Main Responsibilities

  • Establish communication with healthcare establishments to present our products.
  • Travel to clinics in British Columbia to meet clients and demonstrate the MYLE application.
  • Develop your territory and analyze new sales and upsell opportunities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and the Sales Manager on projects to optimize sales.
  • Maintain relationships with existing clients and leverage them for new sales.
  • Create and deliver proposals, handle objections, and negotiate deals.
  • Exceed sales targets and improve deal conversion rates.

Working Conditions

  • Travel to clients’ offices, averaging 3 days per week.
  • Must have a car and valid driver’s license.
  • Salary : $65,000 - $80,000 based on experience + commission + bonus + allowances.

Qualifications

Ideally, you have :

  • A university degree in business administration, communications, or related field.
  • 2-5 years in B2B sales, preferably in SaaS or software.
  • Experience with outbound prospecting, cold calling, and field visits.
  • Ability to build trust quickly with prospects and clients.
  • Comfort leading product demos and adapting messaging.
  • A collaborative, positive, growth-oriented mindset.
  • Tech-savvy and autonomous with new tools.
  • Fluent in English (spoken and written).

Assets

  • Knowledge of BC healthcare ecosystem.
  • Medical Office Assistant background or understanding of medical workflows.
  • Experience in customer service or marketing.
